While our condo is being rebuilt after a flood from a broken pipe we have the pleasure of staying in this other unit. We are enjoying it so much we'd rather trades ours in for this one !
As always, Al Meucci Real Estate has saved not only our ski season but the additional events we're scheduled to attend throughout the Spring and Summer!

The outdoor swimming pool is located in the Sunridge Community. It is open seasonally, Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend. Guests are permitted to use the swimming pool with the access card.

The eat-in kitchen at D21 Stoneridge comfortably seats 6 people.

Surrounding by large windows, you'll have a front row view of Village trail while you enjoy your meals.

The kitchen was updated with all new appliances in November of 2023.

The living area is located on the "A" side of the condo. Enjoy the HD Smart TV, stereo system, or relax on the private balcony that overlooks Village Trail.

Full Bathroom located on the "A" side of the condo and is shared between the living area and the bedroom.

This bedroom is located on the "A" side of the condo. It features a full size bed.

This bedroom also features a new HD smart TV and a private entrance to the shared bathroom.

The laundry closet is located on the "A" side of the condo. A brand new washer/dryer unit was installed in November of 2023.

The "B" side of the condo features a king bedroom and private balcony.

It also has a private vanity, mini-fridge, and HD TV.

Bedroom#3 is a bunk room featuring two sets of bunk beds. The bunk bed set on the right offers two twin beds. The bunk bed set on the left offers a full bed on the bottom and a twin bed on the top.

This Jack-and-Jill bathroom is located on the "B" side of the condo. It is shared between bedrooms 2 and 3, each with their own private entrance. It's a full bathroom with a vanity, toilet, and shower/tub combo.
