The location is a short walk to the association's outdoor swimming pool, hot tub, tennis, pickleball ball and basketball courts and playground. Bring the kids and connect to the outdoors in The Laurel Highlands. There are many State Parks in the area, mt. biking and hiking trails abound. Fallingwater, Kentuck Knob and Ohiopyle State Park are only 25 minutes away.

THE PROPERTY
The main level has an open floor plan with the living room, eating area and kitchen. The living room has a beautiful gas fireplace and cathedral ceilings. There is a powder room on this level, the master bedroom (queen size bed and a TV) and the master bathroom (2 bowl vanity, commode and jacuzzi tub/shower combo. Upstairs is a loft with two bedrooms on either side. The loft has a bar, TV and an arcade game (pac man). The second bedroom has a set of bunk beds with a full size bed on the bottom and a single bed on top. There is also a single trundle bed, a single pull out Ottoman and a private bathroom. The third bedroom has a single bed, a set of bunk beds with a full size bed on the bottom and a single on top. There is also bunk bed with a single on top with a queen pull out futon on the bottom.

GUEST ACCESS
Guests have use of the entire townhouse except the garage.

The kitchen is open to the living room and the eating area. It is a fully equipped kitchen. There is a Keurig coffee machine for those who like their coffee.

The master bedroom is located on the main level. It has a queen size bed, TV and a private bathroom.

The loft area has a TV, bar, pac man machine and an old 7 Springs chair lift as seating!
