This house is conveniently located on County Line Road and is an easy 3-mile commute to Seven Springs Resort. Hiking, biking, fishing, and hunting is also nearby. With tons of space inside and out and sleeping accommodations for 10, The Cardinal house is great for family gatherings or group retreats no matter the season or time of year.

The Property
The main floor of the house provides plenty of space for large families or group gatherings with its kitchen/breakfast nook area which is equipped with all of the basic essentials that you may need to create a home-cooked meal, an intimate family room, large living room, and dining room. There is no shortage of seating space with comfortable leather furniture and multiple dining tables.

The upper floor of The Cardinal House is home to 4 spacious bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Three of the bedrooms feature full size beds. A full bathroom is shared among the three bedrooms and offers a shower/bathtub combo, toilet, and large vanity. The fourth bedroom features a queen size bed, sitting table, and private ensuite bathroom with a large vanity, toilet, and tile shower. All bedrooms are equipped with new linens and comforters and smart TV's. Bath Towels, hand towels, and body cloths are provided for each guest.

The finished basement features a large bar area, a large TV, a full bathroom with tile shower, and additional sleeping space for 2 guests (futons). Direct access to the outdoor fire pit is also available via the basement.

Guest Access
Guests are permitted to use the entire home, but will not have access to the attached garage. Guests are also permitted to use the entire outdoor yard space, but will not have access to the storage buildings.

Four-wheel drive or all-wheel drive vehicles are recommended in the winter.
