Welcome to B43 Stoneridge! Located at Seven Springs Mountain Resort, B43 is a 3 bedroom (with a loft), 3 bathroom condo that sleeps up to 10 guests. During your stay, guests will have access to fitness equipment, the indoor hot tub & sauna, the indoor/outdoor entertaining areas (with gas grill), the outdoor pool at Sunridge (Summer only), playgrounds, sports courts, walking paths, and ski-in/out access! THE PROPERTY: The condo's floor plan features an "A" side, which consists of the kitchen, dining, and living areas as well as a bedroom, loft, and two full bathrooms, and a "B" side, which consists of two bedrooms and one full bathroom. The lockbox to the condo is located on the "A" door. As you enter B43 guests will enter the kitchen and dining area, which is also open to the living area. Access to the "B" side of the condo will be immediately on your right. The kitchen offers all of the essentials that guests need to create a home-cooked meal. On the right you'll find the steps that lead up to the loft area. The loft offers sleeping accommodates for two with a full-size bed and a full bathroom. If you walk through the dining area towards the living room you'll find a full bathroom, closet with washer and dryer, and bedroom one. This bedroom offers sleeping accommodations for two with a queen size bed. On the "B" side of the condo guests will find bedrooms 2 and 3 along with a full bathroom that is shared between these two bedrooms. Both bedrooms provide sleeping accommodations for two guests. Bedroom 2 has a full-size bed and Bedroom 3 has a queen size bed. GUEST ACCESS: Guests will have access to the entire condo. Guests will also be given access to a private ski locker where they can store their ski/snowboard equipment. The ski locker is located in the locker room to the right of the garage, at the end of the garage building. Guests will be provided with a card that allows entry into the fitness area and the hot tub/sauna rooms. The same card provides entry to the outdoor swimming pool complex in the Sunridge neighborhood (open only during the Summer months). Guests are permitted to park one vehicle in front of the B43 garage door. The garage is reserved for private use by the owner. Additional vehicles will need to park in the overflow parking area behind the row of carports. Please do not park in any of the carport spaces as they are assigned to specific condos.
